Protect the People's Vote

Tennessee Right to Life is working to protect the votes of pro-life Tennesseans who voted YES on 1 in 2014. Federal Judge Kevin Sharp has sided with Planned Parenthood and demanded a recount of the ballots in order to throw out the votes of any who voted on the Amendment but not in the governor's race.  The case is now on appeal to the U.S. Sixth Circuit and you can make a difference!

Show your support for Amendment 1 by adding your name alongside thousands of others to the Friend of the Court brief at www.protectthepeoplesvote.org   This brief will be filed at the Sixth Circuit and supports the state's manner of counting and ratifying the votes on Amendment 1.  Your signature will demonstrate opposition to activist judges who attempt to overturn the clearly expressed will of the people.
